Our Story

Crash Bandicoot, our dog

Our story began in the Mermaid Park, on an unexpected evening next to the Caribbean sea, little we knew at that moment that Crash Bandicoot, our dog, will become the four pawed cupid for us. Across the space, we crossed looks, and in that instant, the world seemed to fade. A glance became a spark, pulling us closer until the night dissolved into deep conversation, laughter and and something else that would be defined in the coming days with two magic words.

Between the spectacularity of the cenotes and the paradisiacal views of southeastern Mexico revealed that our souls were reuniting in this life. That spark grew into something extraordinary — something neither of us could ignore. Unfortunately, David had to return to Switzerland, but we weren't willing to let distance be an obstacle for being together.

In July, Daniela traveled to Switzerland, and after a journey through the Swiss Alps and challenging moments, always accompanied by laughter, learning and complicity, at 8:18 am on July 10, 2025, David proposed to Daniela at 2,600 meters above sea level.

From that day forward, our lives started a journey of discovery. We are best friends, soulmates, and voyagers in this beautiful, uncertain yet amazing adventure called life. With every step we take we keep learning and harvesting even more happiness than the day before, creating a home wherever we go, knowing that home is whenever we are together hand by hand, side to side.

How beautiful is it when two souls find each other right ? We can't wait to celebrate our love with you as we make it official!

Thank you for being part of our lives and story.
